Satish Kulkarni (Consulting Partner)

Graduating from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad Satish stepped into an illustrious career spanning 27 years at Asian Paints. Satish has handled many pivotal roles such as Chief of Sales & Marketing of India operations, Chief Executive of an overseas subsidiary and Chairman of the Board of a subsidiary.

He has been the driving force to create branded painting services delivered through online touchpoints and innovative store formats and spearheaded Asian Paints’ foray into home décor.

He has successfully achieved many milestones including constructing the largest paint factory overseas, launching new business segments like wall papers and water proofing and launching a new brand identity.

Atul Sethi (Consulting Partner)

Atul Sethi is an astute business leader with rich experience of over twenty-eight years spanning key roles in Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain and a strategic partner and coach to Owner Managed Businesses.

He specializes in creating strong and sustainable growth stories to build legacy organizations.

His distinguished career has seen him hold Leadership positions in Asian Paints, Executive Director at Private Equity firm Everstone Investment Advisors and CXO positions at Hitech Plast Limited and its subsidiary company in speciality chemicals.

He has also led the Centre for Family Managed Business at SP Jain Institute of Management and Research where he interacted with over 400 family businesses to equip the next generation of business owners with future-ready skills and values.

Over the last decade, he has been providing business advisory services to Family Business Owners and their leadership teams to deliver significant scale up in both revenues and organizational capabilities.

Atul’s expertise extends beyond conventional consulting. He is an accredited PCC coach from International Coaching Federation.
